Fabric : Alpaca mohair fur coat supplied by the German toy manufacturer, Steiff Schulte, famous for producing Teddy Bear fabrics. The name of this Chester-Teddy coat derives from Hans Coper, a creative partner of Lucie Rie. The base fur is cotton and the top side consists of the ethical fur of Alpaca and Mohair, giving the slouchy feel and texture, which are Rie’s longtime favorite touches.
