Shipping
We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday), except for national holidays, local holidays and special delivery requests.
We offer free shipping to EU countries.
For orders delivered to outside the European Union:
Free shipping valid on orders over 700 EUR.
The purchaser will be responsible for clearing his goods through customs by paying the appropriate customs duties and taxes. These duties or taxes are not our responsibility. The purchaser has a responsibility to declare the goods and pay the appropriate duties and taxes to the relevant authorities.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to
contact@ecoledecuriosites.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs.
